Hopper & Bean is such a WH staple, that I sometimes forget to stop and enjoy it, but we really are lucky to have this brilliant coffee shop right on our doorstep.
And this lunch was so good that it demanded a post!
Lauren and the team were as always so sweet and friendly. Especially when I did my usual and thought for a second I wanted something else but then went back to my regular fave 😅
I opted for my fave Courgette, sweetcorn & parmesan fritters stacked on a mixed leaf salad, topped with a perfectly poached egg.
Jane chose Huevos Rancheros – crispy tortilla, two fried eggs, avocado, house-made salsa, black beans, feta, Sriracha (I was a wee bit jelz of her sriracha!)
And an absolutely bangin oat latte to give me the much needed pep in my step to tackle an afternoon of work. So yum and such a treat to take time to chat and enjoy a lunch break. Not just grab a coffee and RUN!!
