Then you need to head to @foodgatherer Forty Hall Farmers’ Market on the 2nd Sunday of every month.
Where you’ll find amazing streetfood from the likes of Lime Face (we love Sook’s satay tofu bowl), Punjabi Shack (get the Samosa chaat), Ugly Dumplings (our fave is spinach) , The Pizza Gig (didn’t get today but their marg is magnificent), Goodi Gutz (tasty kimchi toasties).
Baked goodies inc. Grumpy Granny (Apple pie was yum), Anna’s Bakery cupcakes and brownies to die for, Celtic Bakers sourdough and more.
Amazing organic produce from Forty Hall Farm.
The best locally produced booze from Forty Hall Vineyard made at Forty Hall’s very own vineyard (you can even book vineyard tours), brilliant ales from New River Brewery, Old Bakery gin (if it’s good enough for the royal household…).
And of course great coffee from Richie & Franco.
PLUS as it’s London’s only farmers’ market held on working organic farm, it’s full of animals to visit, loads of space to run around and even a climb on tractor. It’s enough to keep even my opinionated lot entertained for a few hours!
